Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet:

Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When can you return?
For a damaged, defective, wrong item, you can request for replacement within 5 days of delivery, for any other reason silver coin is non-returnable.
If you have any issue regarding the product, you can contact our customer care support team, we will resolve it in 24-48 hours.
How to return?
- The product needs to be returned in Original packing .
- We will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refund & Replacement takes 10-15 working days for processing.
NOTE : Please note that all personalized coins items are non-returnable/refundable due to their customized nature.
